It may have only been a few short weeks since our last Latvian shipment came in, but damn we (and you) just can't get enough of Riga's rambunctious Ārpus!

This week sees two triple dry hopped IPAs join an enigma & citra focused hazy Pale Ale and a collaboration with Florida's Tripping Animals. The latter is of course a smoothie Sour - a style both breweries are exceptional at producing - that packs an obscene amount of blackcurrant, raspberry, mango, pineapple, coconut, vanilla & almond into every can.

Epic.

Our busiest month in ages, May ‘26 was certainly one to remember…

No less than 6 events were hosted between our two shops this month, from tasty tap takeovers to epic meet the team evenings, with the first of many of our 10 year anniversary celebrations sprinkled in the mix.

While we weren’t partying in South London, festivals in Leeds & Copenhagen filled our weekends and allowed us to catch up with friends new & old, inspiring future collaborations & events. More on those in the months to come xx

May was an absolute blast, and we’re so thankful to the breweries & distributors involved for their time and efforts (and their delicious beverages), & of course to our lovely community for showing us so much love and reminding us why all this hard work is worth it x

Given the extraordinarily warm weather, the release of Burning Sky's 'Le Cœur Framboise - Cerise' couldn't have come at a better time.

This is the sort of beer that is perfect in summer weather, with it's gentle acidity and funk character which - when paired with whole, fresh raspberries and Morello cherries - makes for an utterly stunning sipper.

Certainly not the last time we call your attention to the Sussex legends this summer....

Return of the king!

One of our all time favourite breweries is back in stock. Jester King return to Ghost Whale with these four stunners in preparation for our Tap Takeover Event in Brixton on Friday where one of just 10 specially commissioned kegs of their famous 'Spon' beer will be pouring.

On Friday 22nd May, one of our all time favourite breweries - Jester King - will be back, pouring on tap at Ghost Whale Brixton.

The annual release of 'Spon' (their ode to legendary Belgian Lambics) is always special but this year's blend is particularly special. Why? Well because there have been just 10 kegs of it produced in total. No bottles, no more will ever exist, and we will have one of those 10 kegs!

This Friday, you can expect a wonderful set of beer pouring on draft from Jester King as well as cans and bottles in the fridges.

No tickets needed, just rock up to Brixton and enjoy some Texan goodness.
