My client’s sister turned 80, and she marked the milestone with this stunning book cake. Black cake aka Rum cake is famously dense and rich, so you can only imagine how heavy it must have been — a proper labour of love.

Review from my client:-

My sister LOVED her cake!! the look the taste was awesome! everyone commented on it how beautiful it was and how yummy it tasted. Really lovely, nice, moist cake! . All the family and friends said they now know where to get their rum cakes from. 🥰🥰. Thanks again. 🙏🏼. xx
