It’s already been an active start to the year ✨

It was great to host a number of events in areas across the country to celebrate our Get Moving Week.

Club members were able to enjoy a range of free sessions from Irish dancing and zumba classes, to indoor curling, Pilates and even hula hooping - all to encourage new ways to move that can benefit your health no matter your age or ability.

Huge thanks to our long-term partner Yakult UK and Ireland for all their support in helping to make all these events possible. 🙌

A little smooch can contribute to shaping oral microbiota, which may support greater gut diversity – which is key for a more resilient gut. So go on, share the love (and bacteria) this Valentines! ❤️💌
