Bristol Classic Rum - Jamaica 2011 — eleven years in the making.

Distilled on a Pot still at the Clarendon Estate back in 2011, this golden beauty has spent over a decade quietly maturing away, and my word, it shows. On the nose it's fruity, though it's the wood that really takes the lead, while the palate follows suit with lovely length and a well-integrated finish backed by strong, honest fruit notes.
Tasters have picked out notes that are roasted, woody and spicy on the nose, with more fruit, wood and spice coming through on the palate.

No added sugar. No colouring. No chill-filtering. Just Jamaica’s finest Rum, matured patiently in our cellars until it was ready - not a day before.

Kick back, let's talk Rum from Labourdonnais.

Mauritius 2010, Cognac Finish — a proper little gem from Bristol Classic Rum.
Distilled on the island back in 2010, this one's spent its life quietly getting interesting: matured in oak, then given a final flourish in ex-Cognac casks. The result? Sunny Mauritian cane spirit meets Cognac elegance, and it works beautifully.

Expect a nose of soft fruit and golden syrup, then mango, guava and banana tumbling in alongside ginger, apricot and a warm hit of oak and caramel. Long, rounded, thoroughly moreish finish.

Whether you're a seasoned Rum nerd or just fancy something a bit special of an evening, this one's well worth a pour.

Port Mourant 1990 — A Rum Worth the Wait

Bottled in 2022 exclusively by Bristol Classic Rum, this Port Mourant hails from the legendary wooden Pot Still of the same name - one of Guyana's most storied and sought-after marks and rightly so.

Laid down over three decades ago, this particular Rum has spent its concluding years maturing in Port cask, marrying the rich, treacly depth the still is famous for with the fruity, wine-soaked character only a good Port pipe can impart. Expect the classic Port Mourant hallmarks — liquorice, dark spice and a wonderfully full-bodied richness - rounded off with notes of red berries and a lingering, long finish.

Thirty-two years in the cask. Not rushed, not hurried - simply left to do what it does best.

A proper Tot for those who take their Rum seriously.

A decade in the making

Distilled in 2011 at Barbados’ world-renowned Foursquare Distillery, this release matured in refill American oak casks before being hand-picked and bottled by Bristol Classic Rum at 47% ABV.

Expect a perfectly balanced palate of soft vanilla, ripe fruit, oak and light spice - kept completely pure with no chill-filtering, added colour or sugar.
