Smoked trout and horseradish cream bilinis. Check my bilini recipe from previous post. For the cream, whisk double cream with three teaspoons horseradish sauce and a pinch of salt. Load that on the bikini. Finish it with smoked salmon or trout and some fresh dill

My Christmas themed bilinis are ready to be loaded. Wait for the next upload for ideas on how to do a simple Christmas canapé. Fool proof recipe below:
-300 g of self raising flour
- 2 eggs
- dash of olive oil
- pinch of sea salt flakes
- chopped dill
- 370 milk
- 1 tsp baking powder
Mix all together until completely smooth, let it easy for 15 mins and then fry in butter. You can make big pancakes and cut smaller shapes

I’m late to post this but there we go. 8 years of my wonderful boy who’s full of surprises, emotions and ideas. A little bomb of wonder. Celebrated it with a simply-decorated carrot cake. Decoration easy to do but effective - grass made using garlic press and fondant icing.
