Fresh steel, zero compromises. 🛠️

Out with the worn-out components, in with the fresh hardware. We just finished fitting brand-new brake discs, pads, and fresh wheel bearings on all four corners of the Defender.

We put the same level of precision into our mechanical work as we do into our 72-hour fermented dough. Everything has to be tuned to perfection before we hit the road.

If you wondered where we went, we’ve been deep in the logistics of bringing Clutch and Dough to life. While the grid has been quiet, the business has been moving fast—and we just hit our biggest milestone yet.

The deposit is officially down, and our custom food trailer is officially underway! 💳🍕

While the Defender gets prepped to haul it, the kitchen itself is being made. We are one massive step closer to serving up that crispy, airy pizza al taglio you’ve been waiting for.

A much-needed upgrade. 🔄⚙️

Today was a massive step forward. Swipe to see the difference between the crusty, rusted old springs and shocks we pulled off, and the brand-new terrafirma setup that’s now sitting under the chassis. The Defender isn't just looking meaner on its new wheels—it’s officially ready to handle whatever the road throws at us.

One step closer to getting this rig on the road and getting those ovens fired up. 🍕

You’ve seen us working on the 300 TDI, but let’s talk about the other side of the Clutch and Dough equation.

We aren't just doing any pizza; we’re specializing in Pizza al Taglio. It’s all about the hydration, the long fermentation, and that perfectly crisp, airy foundation. It’s the architectural equivalent of what we’re doing to this Land Rover: focused on the structure, the details, and a damn good final product.

The Defender is the engine. The al taglio is the fuel.

Every great bake needs a solid foundation, and every food trailer needs a legend to pull it. Meet the newest member of the Clutch and Dough team: a Land Rover Defender Hicap 300 TDI.

She’s a bit rough around the edges and needs some serious wrench time before she’s road-ready, but that’s exactly why we picked her. Like a good pizza, greatness takes time, manual labor, and a lot of heart.
