Butty van needs good local pitch Preston and local surrounding areas 🙏🙏🙏

I own a lovely little butty van serving breakfast's, burgers, hot & cold drinks etc
What I really need is the right pitch to provide this service.
I only want a pitch where I can park the van up and leave it there! So needs to be somewhere secure...... garden centre, factory, industrial estate and somewhere busy.
I have everything needed ready to trade! Public liability insurance, council license, hygiene certificate and all safety certificates.
The 1 remaining piece of the jigsaw is a good secure pitch I can trade from.
Longridge based but anywhere from Clitheroe to Hesketh bank would be workable.
(At this point I don’t want to come across as ungrateful)
But I would prefer people to contact me who can actually offer a pitch! Not from young Billy, who’s dad’s mate’s “bit on the side” used to have a burger van next to Woolworths in Scunthorpe”
I have had enough wild goose chases! All I want is somewhere that i can build a loyal customer base from.
