We are looking for a freelance cleaner to help with odd days needed for housekeeping across our venues here at Wild by Nature. Likely to be Saturdays and adhoc mondays, thursdays and fridays depending on bookings. These are helping with our lovely cabins located at our pub The Bulls Head in Craswall and also our large self catered house in Grosmont. Following the success of our Christmas charcuterie boxes, we’re excited to begin 2026 with the launch of the Wild By Nature Charcuterie Club. We’re inviting a small number of customers to become founding members and receive a monthly delivery of thoughtfully curated charcuterie.

Each box will feature a rotating selection of our charcuterie, hand selected by Jake and Sammy - our in house Butcher, alongside our favourite Wild By Nature snacking staples.

The Charcuterie Club is available as a monthly subscription for £38 per month, including delivery.
Your first box will be delivered on Friday 30th January, by 12pm.

Join us from the very beginning and be part of something crafted with care, rooted in nature, and made to be shared.

Farmhouse Pizza Nights

We’ve been loving our Friday nights here on the farm, and throughout December you can join us at Lower House Farm for your pizza fix. Come and enjoy our cosy barn with friends and family while we fire up the ovens. We’ve got just two Fridays left, so be sure to book via the link in our bio to secure your spot. This Friday, we still have availability in the earlier time slots only, as we’re welcoming a large group from 7pm onwards.

CULATELLO! A special one off for Christmas🎄

Our talented butcher .p.smith has been working hard behind the scenes to create this delicious masterpiece which has been dry aging for the past 26 months right here on the farm and is now ready just in time for the festive season. Made from Free Range Middle White pigs raised here at Lower House, this is a rare and highly prized Italian-style cured meat, crafted from the leanest section of the pig’s hind leg—specifically the delicate haunch muscle.

Our Culatello comes pre-sliced in a 50g pack

This exceptional ham is revered for the skill involved in its preparation: the unique butchery technique allows it to hang for an extended period without over-drying, developing a wonderfully deep, refined flavour.

A truly special addition to any Christmas table or festive grazing board.

It’s what you have all been waiting for! We are so excited to invite you down to Lower House Farm for some delicious sourdough pizza made right here on the farm. We’ll be using our homemade charcuterie and of course working with some wonderful local suppliers🍦

You’ll have the opportunity to eat and drink in our lovely cosy barn or takeaway available on the night too.

We are thrilled to share that we are finalists in the Herefordshire Tourism Awards 2025 across a number of their categories and our venues 👏

Our farm has been nominated for Best wedding venue of the year plus The Regenerative Tourism award ⚡️

Alongside this, our Pub has been nominated for Taste of England, Pub of the Year, B&B and Guest House of the Year!

Lastly our incredible founder has been nominated for The unsung hero in Tourism award which celebrates people who are going above and beyond to make Herefordshire’s visitor experience truly exceptional. We are putting the Black Mountains on the map! 🌍

We’ll hear more in February next year 🤞🏻 but in the meantime thank you to everyone for the continued support!

Join Our Team at Wild by Nature – Housekeeper Wanted!

We’re on the lookout for a motivated and enthusiastic Housekeeper to join our friendly team at Wild by Nature.

You'll be working alongside our amazing cleaning crew, helping to keep our beautiful cabins at The Bull’s Head in Craswall and our larger holiday let in Grosmont clean, cosy, and welcoming for guests.

What the role involves:

A mix of shifts on Mondays, Thursdays, and Saturdays

Typical hours: 10am–3pm

Minimum of 6 hours per week to start, with the potential for more

What we offer:

Full training provided – no prior experience necessary

A supportive, welcoming team environment

Lovely staff perks and benefits

A chance to work in a stunning rural setting

What we’re looking for:

Someone eager, motivated, and reliable

Aged 16 or over

Must have reliable transport to and from work

Available to start ASAP
