Pen Davas Farm In the beautiful Cornish countryside, 6 miles from Looe, our Farm is home to our herd of Alpacas, Rare Breed Wensleydale and Gotland sheep.

Found I have small amounts of hand dyed and hand spun yarn left over from my projects. Also some extra wet felted flowers I made some time ago.
Out came the pompom maker and I've made a wreath. Room for improvement but loved making it.

Making the most of this hot weather sorting and washing our Wensleydale and exmoor blueface fleeces after shearing yesterday.
It was very hot and the ewes were feeling a little grumpy but our shearer Abi Channing was fantastic despite the heat.
She was very kind and steady with them and the result was happy sheep and fabulous fleeces, great staple length, what more can you ask for.
