Found in charity shops and made by hand. We choose to do things ourselves, the slow way. Choose to make things for the joy and enjoyment of doing it yourself. Learning skills, spending time and giving gifts to those in our community.

You literally can't buy them, they are going to be gifts to our favourite pubs, bars and restaurants. Hopefully they'll be still hanging on a wall long after we're all gone.

Many years ago I sat in Burning Sky and was abit lost.

I'd left Beavertown, the brewery I'd been at from it's first days as a brewpub in Dalston. Marks advice has always stayed with me and led all the way to Ideal Day.

Brewing together felt like the whole circle was complete.

So we called it Complete.

A whole year since we got the keys to our brewery home. On the banks of the river, right in the centre of our hometown of Lostwithiel.

We've done it all ourselves, little by little with our young kids in tow.
