During the whirlwind that was last week
We finished with a fantastic Indian theme!
Lots of different flavours & things of course not on the bog standard takeaway menus!
We started with a crispy Aloo 🥔 terrine sat in a pool of creamy masala sauce & topped with silky panner, mint & cucumber yoghurt & micro coriander 🌿
Secondly a punchy Cornish Monk fish hot sour soup an Indo Chinese fusion that certainly turned up the heat! 🔥
This set us up nicely for the cooling coconut & cashew based Chicken Mughlai! - A royal North Indian curry using a caramelised onion base & sweeter mixed spices, accompanied by fresh herb & pomegranate rice & hand made rotis.
To finish off a little indulgence!
Chocolate & mango Truffle
Fresh papaya & a Lychee Lime sorbet to cut through!
