From tomorrow, we’ll be stocking something a little special in the farm shop… Honest Scoop, a brand new 100% natural ice cream made right here in Leicestershire using OUR MILK!
You might be wondering what makes it different. Here’s the full ingredient list:
British grass-fed dairy, raw honey, free-range egg yolks, dried skimmed milk, and all-natural flavourings. That’s it.
No stabilisers, no emulsifiers, no refined sugar, just proper honest ice cream made the way it’s supposed to be.
It was started by James, a local Rothley dad who flipped a supermarket ice cream tub one day, counted 20+ ingredients, a lot of which he didn’t recognise, and didn’t want his son eating it so decided to start making his own. A year of building and refining later, Honest Scoop is ready to launch and we’re proud to be the very first place you can get your hands on it and excited to see where this partnership goes.
