At Gusti, we’re all about the simple things that make Italian food so special. Fresh ingredients, traditional flavours and dishes made to be enjoyed slowly, surrounded by good company.

In Italy, food has always been about more than what’s on your plate🇮🇹

For generations, the table has been at the heart of Italian family life. From Sunday lunches that bring everyone together, to recipes passed down from grandparents, food has always been a reason to slow down, sit together and spend time with the people around you.

And that’s where the tradition of sharing comes in. Plates are put in the middle of the table, everyone helps themselves, conversations carry on long after the food arrives and there’s always room for one more person to pull up a chair.

It’s not about rushing through a meal, it’s about the people you’re sharing it with.

Because really, that’s what Italian food is all about. Good food, good company and a table big enough for everyone❤️

We’re officially back in full swing at Gusti 🇮🇹🤍

We’ve got lots of things in the works behind the scenes at the moment, and we can’t wait to share more with you soon.

Our catering side is also back open and ready to cater for your next event, whether it’s a big celebration or something a little more intimate.

For the foreseeable future, we’ll be taking Sundays off from our opening days, but you can still find us throughout the rest of the week.

We’re looking forward to having you through the doors this weekend 🍕🇮🇹

A little update from Gusti Pugliesi! 🇮🇹

It was so lovely being back yesterday and seeing the pub buzzing again — thank you to every single one of you who came to say hi, and a special thank you to all the lovely customers who told us how much you missed our food. It really means the world to us. 🥹❤️

Now, a few changes are coming from 1st September:

🍝 New menu — just a few little tweaks, but the Puglia flavours you love are all still there!

🕕 New trading times:

Wednesday & Friday: 6pm – 9pm
Saturday: 12pm – 3pm with our Bottomless Brunch — pizza and prosecco! 🍕🥂 (start date to be announced soon on both The Dew Drop and Gusti Pugliesi pages) — and back in the evening 6pm – 9pm for dinner.

☀️ About Sunday — we're taking a little pause for now, but we will be back! We don't have a date just yet, so keep an eye on our page and we'll let you know as soon as we're ready to restart.

Four cheeses, one pizza, and a little bit of Italian history🇮🇹

Quattro Formaggi, meaning four cheeses, is a classic Italian pizza that’s all about getting the balance just right. Creamy, sharp, salty and rich, each cheese brings something different to the table.

Ours is made with a creamy crème fraîche base, topped with mozzarella, cheddar, Gorgonzola and Parmesan, then cooked until perfectly golden and bubbling🧀

If you’re a proper cheese lover, this one is definitely for you.

And a little reminder, tomorrow is our last Sunday serving food before we take a break. We’re hoping to be back again in spring, and we’ll of course keep you all updated once we have a date🤍

So if you’ve been meaning to come and try our pizzas, tomorrow is the perfect excuse!!!
