My Queen of Victoria sponge. One of my most popular cakes. Loved for it's light fluffy texture and perfectly balanced flavours. I promise this will not disappoint.

Inside : 2 fluffy orange zest sponges, filled with fresh raspberries, homemade raspberry jam with a hint of rose, and sandwiched with fresh creamy vanilla bean cream 😋🍰

2 of these sponges I have hand made crystallised rose petals on top. There totally edible and available as an even fancier finish.

Little, feeding 6-8 people is £20
Large, feeding 10-12 people is £35
Minis are 6 for £20 or 12 for £35
