❤️ WHAT. A. DAY. ❤️

A HUGE thank you to every single person who came out and supported us today at the SHOP LOCAL – GRASSROOTS MUSIC FESTIVAL at Grimsby Rugby Club! 🎶🍔

Honestly… what a fantastic day! 🙌 The atmosphere was amazing, the music was brilliant, and seeing so many of you coming over to Grill Boyz absolutely made our day. ❤️

And somehow… we managed to stay DRY for pretty much the entire day! 😂

Until those last few minutes… when the sky decided it had had enough and we genuinely thought we were about to get STRUCK BY LIGHTNING! ⚡️😂

Then came the final challenge…

🚚 Would our truck actually make it out of the mud?!

There were some serious doubts. 😂 We were already mentally preparing ourselves for a Grill Boyz truck permanently becoming part of the rugby club grounds…

BUT WE GOT OUT! 🙌😂

Soaked? Nearly.
Struck by lightning? Thankfully not. ⚡️
Truck stuck in the mud? NOPE!
Fantastic day? ABSOLUTELY! ❤️

Thank you to everyone who ordered, chatted with us, supported us, shared our posts and generally made today so brilliant.

Craig has just sent us a little sneak peek of the band warming up and practicing at the festival… and honestly, it’s sounding bloody brilliant! 🤩🎶

The stage is getting ready, the atmosphere is building, the food is flowing and we’re getting VERY excited for this one! 🍔🔥

🚨 STAFF SHORTAGE AT THE FESTIVAL 🚨

We sent Craig and Lee from Bobby’s Brownies Bakes & Beverages to the festival to WORK…

…and this is what we found them doing. 👀🍺😂

Apparently the new job role is “quality control” — making sure the drinks are up to standard before they’re allowed anywhere near the food trucks. 🤣

Craig looks like he’s taking his responsibilities VERY seriously… 🍻

And Lee? Well, judging by the evidence, Bobby’s Brownies might need to find a new employee. 😂😂

WORK HARD, PLAY HARD… apparently they’ve skipped straight to the second part! 🍺🤣
