A little moment of pride for one of our regular stallholders…
Rootlight Rituals

Rootlight Rituals have recently been featured in Cotswolds Life Magazine 🌿✨

Their Selenodynamic™ teas are blended in rhythm with the phases of the moon, each one crafted at a specific point in the lunar cycle. Not just tea, but a quiet ritual… a way of slowing down and tuning back in.

This Saturday they’ll be bringing all four blends:

🌑 New Moon – Begin Again
🌒 Waxing Moon – Grow
🌕 Full Moon – Illuminate
🌘 Waning Moon – Let Go

Each one created to mirror the natural cycles we’re all part of… whether we notice it or not.

📍 Deddington Market Square
🗓 Saturday 28th March
⏰ 9am – 12:30pm

Come and discover a different way to drink your tea… and maybe live your life a little more in rhythm with the moon.

This month I am featured in Cotswold Life magazine as part of their International Women’s Day issue! 🌺 🌙

The article talks about Rootlight Rituals, the Simple Truths deck, systemic constellations.

At first glance these things can sound unusual. Moon tea, ritual, working with ancestors… they don’t sit comfortably with some modern audiences.

But they were never meant to be strange!

For most of human history, people marked the phases of the moon, blessed food, gathered in circles, and created small moments of pause to understand their lives. Meaning wasn’t something separate from daily life. It was woven into it.

What I’m trying to do is not to take people away from ordinary life, but to return meaning to it.

The tea is a pause.
The cards are a way of seeing.
Constellations are a way of understanding relationships beyond words.

I think many people feel drawn to reflection, ritual and symbolism but don’t quite know how to approach it without feeling silly, performative, or like they have to “believe” something first.

You don’t.

You can just start with a cup of tea and a question.

I’m incredibly grateful to Cotswold Life for giving space to ideas like this, and for helping conversations about reflection, symbolism and emotional life move a little closer to the mainstream.

I don’t know why we wore so much tweed!!!! 🤦‍♀️

Waning Moon Tea Ceremony | Rootlight Rituals

Not every phase is for striving.

The Waning Moon is the part of the month where life asks us to loosen our grip a little. To finish conversations in our minds. To put down worries we’ve been carrying. To let something end without forcing a new beginning.

This gentle evening gathering is a space to pause together.

We’ll begin with a short reflection on the Waning Moon, followed by a guided meditation designed to help you release what feels heavy or complete. We then share a slow, intentional tea ceremony with the Rootlight Rituals Waning Moon blend, created to soothe the body and support emotional clearing.

We’ll close with quiet card reflection using the Simple Truths deck, offering insight and reassurance as you prepare for the next lunar cycle.

No experience with meditation, rituals, or cards is needed. Just come as you are.

A calm, welcoming evening for rest, reflection, and soft endings.
