Good Morning.
Last weekend of the summer holidays, so we have to make the most of it.
We have some lovely bread and pastries on the counter.

Don't forget we are open tomorrow for a couple of hours for hot and cold drinks while the scores race is going ahead.

Happy Hump Day,
It's the final few days of the summer holidays, and boy did that go fast this time.
How everyone had a lovely time off.
This week i shall he closing early today at 12:30pm
Friday : open at 12:30pm
Plus I will be open for the scores race on Sunday 30th August for all you hot and iced drink delights.

We are sorry to hear of the passing of Wendy Brooks, she was an amazing women and will be deeply missed by myself, as she was always so chatty and honest.

Condolences to all her family..

Wendy you will be truly missed by all and thank for 2 years of laughter and make us feel welcomed..

It is with great sadness that Lowestoft Town Council announces the sudden passing of Councillor Wendy Brooks.

Wendy was first elected to the Town Council in May 2021 and served the Gunton Ward of the Town as well as being actively and progressively involved in many of the Council’s committees and projects.

The Mayor of Lowestoft, Councillor Nasima Begum, expressing deep sadness at the loss of Councillor Brooks said ‘being a councillor is not always easy. It takes commitment, resilience and a willingness to give up your own time for the benefit of others and Wendy certainly did that. Wendy gave her time, energy and experience to serving the people of Lowestoft and making a difference to the town she cared about’.

The Town Council has sent its deepest condolences to Wendy’s family. If any would like to send their own condolences, these can be submitted to the Town Clerk who will collate and share in confidence with Wendy’s family.

The Town Council and Lowestoft has lost someone who gave freely of their time and committed to making our town the best it could be and her contributions will not be forgotten.

It's nearly the end of the third week of the summer holidays, man it's going fast.

We have all the usual yummy treats on the counter, but get in quick as they are going fast already.

With the road works still going on, we are still open on the High Street so don't forget bout us lol.

We have got wholewheat pasta, tricolor pasta and new tube pasta in stock, alongside a top on of white vinegar, jumbo oats and all your favorite cleaning chemicals.

Good Evening
Update on the High Street repairs, the road has now been closed off.
But after speaking to a couple of the guys the road has been spilt in to two different entries.
Top of high street is two way lights allowing entry from that direction in and out.
From bottom end enter and exit same way as Crown Street East is a NO ENTRY.
Estimated time of completion unknown. We shall be open as usual the best we can.
