🐮 Do you know where your meat is coming from? With us, you are guaranteed that all of our beef, chicken and lamb is produced here in Northern Ireland. Animal welfare standards in N.I. are one of the highest in the world.

🐷 High animal welfare standards ensure that the meat that you are eating has been cared for in a humane way and well controlled antibiotic use. All Northern Irish meat has high farm quality standards and strong traceability from farm to plate.

🐓 Supporting your local butcher who is providing Northern Irish meat also supports local farmers. In the current climate it is vital we all support our local shops more than ever.

🚜 All beef reared on our farm in Waringstown is Farm Quality Assured- this means that our farm meets the strict standards for food safety, animal welfare and production processes.

🌟 As a family, we would like to thank every single customer that has supported us throughout 2025.

We are now closed for a few days and will reopen on Monday 29th December.
