I know previously this store has had issues with their hygiene standards leading to disappointment with many customers. But since we are a new management team, we will definitely put the hygiene standards of the shop as a priority. We have also ren

ovated the store. The council’s Food and Safety’s department has given us a 4 star rating but we do ensure you that we are doing our best to achieve the 5 star.

Black Pepper Beef Recipe🤩
We have received some messages from customers asking for the recipe for Black Pepper Beef. We are now sharing the recipe with you. Feel free to order from our website as well.👇👇
1, Slice beef, marinate in soy sauce and sugar for 10 minutes, then add cornstarch, water, 2 tsp black pepper and oil for 5 minutes (but do not salt).
2, Peel the onion, remove the seeds from the pepper and slice them all.
3, Heat the oil in a pan and stir fry the garlic, add the onion and 1 tablespoon of the black pepper and fry until the beef is not red.
4, Add the sauce and thicken with cornstarch as soon as the sauce is ready.
