Spend less time preparing, more time enjoying
The whole idea of marinated products came about as a flashback from my childhood where I always experienced my mum cooking for several hours early in the morning for lunch and as well as evenings for dinner. So her whole day would be spent in front of a cooking stove preparing and waiting for her cuisines to be made.
Since Indian/Pakistani cuisines take a long time to make, I am sure she would have got bored/tired (although she never said) and more importantly, she would ‘waste’ a lot of time as she could have spent that time doing many other things and spending it with her kids.
Regardless she still spent those 3-4 hours every day per dish as there was no alternative to making an Indian/Pakistani cuisines fast and tasteful. Long story short she was ‘working’ all day and not having enough time to enjoy it with her kids and spend it with them while they are still young and growing up.
Looking back, I didn't have much time to spend time with my mum In a fun way such as going on a day out. This whole missing out feeling sprung the idea of cutting the amount of time a mother/housewife needs to make her dish as essentially the time-wasting process is already done by QS FOODS.
