COMING SOON!!! At long last, TRUE Texas barbeque has arrived on the shores of northwest England. Located in Lancashire County, treat yourself to authentic smoked beef brisket, pulled pork, chicken quarters, baby back ribs and turkey legs. We only use rubs and seasonings unique to southern states and smoke our meats with Lancashire hickory, apple, maple and oak wood.

From mouthwatering "drunk" beans to stick to your ribs, cheesy cornbread, our delicious side dishes are deeply rooted in Texas tradition with recipes passed down through generations.
