Who's this then?

I don't think I've ever introduced myself here.

If you receive our emails you can finally put a face behind the guy who signs them - Felix - that's me.
Also known to some as Pickle Man, founder and head honcho of the Crooked Pickle. When I'm not slinging pickles, I can be found cranking my mountain bike around the Peak District, walking our sausage dogs (Heidi & Pickle), making cups of tea for my incredible wife (Lorna) or dutifully playing dad's taxi for my ever-hungry teens (Malaika & Kasper).

Sad day - our Baby Balsamic Onions are now sold out!

Happy day - we bring you a new onion delight!

Pink onions pickled in a sweetly spiced vinegar. These are phenomenal in salads, poke bowls, sarnies etc, etc...

Is it a marmalade or is it a glaze?

We think it's both!

Sweet Orange, Cardamom, Sugar and a crack of Black Pepper...

Heavenly on toast, works beautifully on gammon or roast root veggies

Sweet tropical punch meets deep, smoked adobo fire. Say hello to our brand-new Pineapple Chipotle Relish!
(So excited to share this with you all!)

We’ve torn up the generic relish rulebook to bring you a jar that is pure sunshine and smoke. We lead with a massive 51% fresh pineapple, balancing that vibrant tropical sweetness with a rich, savoury base of chopped tomatoes.

The real magic? A heavy hit of authentic Chipotle in Adobo for that slow, lingering, charred jalapeño warmth, rounded out with a secret touch of garlic, turmeric and cinnamon.

It’s fruity. It’s smoky. It’s completely addictive.

How to use it:

🌮 Slather it over pork carnitas or grilled halloumi tacos

🍔 Swipe a thick layer onto your weekend burgers

🔥 Use it as a glaze for BBQ ribs or chicken wings

🧀 Pair it with a sharp, salty mature Cheddar

Hand-crafted in small batches right here in Derbyshire. Hit the link in our bio to grab a jar from the first batch! 📦👇

Finally! After months of tuning and retuning and fine tuning our sour power brine in a bottle is here.

C***r Vinegar, Water. Cucumber, Ginger, Salt, Turmeric.
That's it. No added sugar. You can do that yourself, if you wish.

It’s sour, it’s salty, and it’s slightly obsessive—just like us. Whether you need a recovery shot, a cocktail chaser, or a culinary secret weapon, this electrolyte-rich, proper sour juice is your new fridge essential.
