Fruits of the Forage produce sustainable preserves & cordials made with fruit that would otherwise go to waste from abandoned orchards around England and Wales. The two brothers combine heritage fruits & native foraged plants to preserve a taste of the British landscape.

Strawberry Preserve 🍓

A limited edition Strawberry Preserve made with Libbys Patch Farm strawberries - and was a labour of love using small ripe strawberries.

Our dad, Rob has eaten the same breakfast for the last 30 years (at least) an egg on toast with a side of Marmalade on toast. He's very picky and has always been our toughest Maramalde Critic.

Our Newest flavour Grapefruit and Douglas Fir Marmalade makes for an extra shape citrus flavour!

We have always had big ambitions for our mission to use surplus produce and oddbox are the perfect partner to scale up this dream!

We are committed to our ethos of using seasonal fruit to make our preserves. Most recently that has meant foster a relationship with Rudd's Tomato Farm- using their surplus tomatoes for the season may limit the months that we can make tomato chutney but its worth it to maintain our seasonal and surplus ethos!!

Last week we had our first two plum picks of the year! We headed down to Evesham to the orchards where we pick as many plums as we can as they would otherwise to go waste. This year the Opal plum is doing really well, we havent picked that one before but its a nice sweet plum that will go into our BBQ sauce, and the purple pershore which shines in one of our single variety plum jam.

The orchards are a beautiful and tranquil place and we feel lucky that we get to pick them to preserve into jams, chutneys, cordials and sauces, and to work with the Vale Heritage Trust who look after the traditional landscapes of the Vale of Evesham orchards and the water meadows 🌳💚

Our orchard is Bosley is an experiment in maintain wildlife and biodiversity while trying to also produce valuable fruit, it's looking like an amazing eco system in mid summer so were excited to see how it develops over the year🦋🌳🪲🍎

Picked and prepared on Tuesday and jarred on Wednesday!

We spent the morning picking - making the most of this seasons strawberries! The weathers been so hot these strawberry's weren't going to make it to the weekend to be picked on the pick your own strawberry patch! So we came in to pick them and making something special and limited edition!
