We were absolutely delighted to cater for Mags’ special celebration at her home, creating the most beautiful five-course dining experience for her and her guests. 🥂

Some highlights of this gorgeous menu included delicate pan-fried scallops, treacle-cured rossini steak, followed by the most dreamy dessert trio of rhubarb & raspberry tart, a double chocolate sphere and pistachoux. 🌸✨

You set the table, gather your favourite people and we take care of the food - so you can relax and focus on what’s really important… celebrating that all-important person. 💕

Beautiful food, beautiful flowers, wonderful company and everything coming together like a dream. 🌸

Hi Tracey! 👋 Meet our funny, dedicated and incredibly organised Head Chef, Tracey. Since joining the Stable Yard Catering team, she's fitted right in and has quickly become an invaluable part of the kitchen.

As Head Chef, she keeps everything running smoothly, from leading the kitchen team and placing orders to creating prep lists, cooking delicious dishes and managing all the behind-the-scenes details that make every wedding and event a success. 🤩

When she's not in the kitchen, Tracey is just as busy! Between keeping up with her two teenagers, caring for her two horses, spending time in the garden and fitting in trips to the gym, she certainly knows how to keep herself occupied! 💚🌸

Water bottles were out, fans were on full blast and everyone looked out for each other - there was still plenty of time for smiles too! 😂🤩
