Taking At Your Table to Piedmont for two weeks of learning, tasting and inspiration 🇮🇹

I’m spending my time here at ICIF, a cooking school in Piedmont, and completely immersing myself in Italian cooking. I’m already so excited to bring what I’m learning home and share it with you!

I’m always learning, refining, researching and getting inspired, and bringing a little bit of it all back to At Your Table 💛

Wow, what a summer!! 💛

From worrying whether anyone would even want pasta at a festival… to sell-outs!

It’s been so amazing seeing an idea that was once just in my head become real life, and seeing so many of you loving it too.

Thank you for keeping me SO busy this summer and for loving pasta as much as I do! (Well… maybe not quite as much 😂)

And a huge thank you to everyone who have somehow been roped into every crazy idea along the way and are always there getting stuck in

Mum has probably made enough tiramisu to last her a lifetime, and Bruce has somehow ended up at EVERY SINGLE event 😂
