THE BURGER TRAILER AND US....
We are local farmers who run our 125 year old family business here in Machen, producing quality beef, lamb and milk. We are also lucky enough to have our own pet and family friendly river walk located at the Viaduct on the Forge trail which is very popular with horse riders, cyclists and ramblers. We realised that we could combine our love of food and our amazing coun
tryside and offer visitors a chance to taste some of the local produce whilst enjoying this beautiful and historic part of Machen. We also have a small car parking area and a place to park your horse if needed

OUR FOOD AND BAR
Who doesn’t love a good burger? Vegetarians, vegans or those who want to try something different will not be disappointed as we also offer high quality plant based burgers All our burgers are served in the best baps Wales has on offer of course provided by Glanmores Bakery, Caerphilly. And for dessert? We are lucky enough to have right on our doorstep Jakes Bakes Cakes and Brooke's Dairy who will be providing our post burger sweet treats. If that’s not enough to get you excited we also have a bar. What better way to wash down your burger than with a locally sourced cold beer or cider? We also have a selection of gins and wines, coffee and soft drinks Our soft drink supplier is Radnor Hills and all tonics will of course be Fevertree! And if you fancy a Birthday party at the Viaduct we will be catering those too, just give us a call to discuss what you want. RESPECTING OUR ENVIRONMENT
