Recent changes to honey labelling have made it easier for consumers to see where blended honeys actually come from — with some supermarket jars containing honey sourced from multiple countries, including large proportions from outside the UK and Ireland.

At Fulogs Honey Company, we believe that provenance matters.

Our honey is produced by our own bees here in Mid Ulster. No mystery blends. No hiding behind vague descriptions. Just honey made by bees, harvested by a beekeeper and bottled for you. 🍯🐝

🍯 The first of our pre-ordered Fulogs Honey is heading out this week! 🐝

We’re delighted to be sending the first jars of this season’s pure Mid Ulster honey to our customers. A huge thank you to everyone who placed a pre-order – your support means a great deal to us.

Our bees will continue harvesting throughout the summer, allowing us to produce fresh batches as the season progresses. As always, our honey is 100% natural, locally produced, and harvested with care.

🌼 Availability is limited, with production depending entirely on what our bees provide throughout the season. Once each batch is sold, you’ll need to wait for the next harvest.

If you’d like to secure a jar, please get in touch to reserve yours before they’re gone.

Nothing beats a summer evening spent among the bees. The hives are busy, the countryside is alive, and the hard work of our girls continues as they make the most of the season. 🌼🍯

Days like this remind us why we love beekeeping – fresh air, beautiful views, and thousands of bees working together to produce pure local honey. Here’s hoping for plenty more sunshine and a strong honey flow in the weeks ahead! ☀️🌿

Nothing beats a summer evening spent among the bees. The hives are busy, the countryside is alive, and the hard work of our girls continues as they make the most of the season. 🌼🍯
