We are currently seeking an experienced Chef/Cook/Kitchen Assistant to join our busy kitchen team.

Position Details:
* Part-time role – approximately 18-20 hours per week, with the possibility of additional hours.
* Immediate start available.
* Must be available to work weekdays and Saturdays.
* No Sunday work.

Requirements:
* Previous experience working in all aspects of a busy kitchen environment is essential.
* Ability to work efficiently under pressure and as part of a team.
* Reliable, hardworking, and committed to maintaining high standards of food preparation and kitchen cleanliness.

☕️❤️ Our Hearts Are Truly Full ❤️☕️ What a week it has been!

A massive thank you to everyone who stopped by this week, celebrated with us, and enjoyed some birthday cake on Friday. We’ve just experienced our busiest week since opening our doors, and we are incredibly grateful to every single person who has supported us along the way.

Looking back on the past year, it’s amazing to see how far we’ve come. There have been moments of joy, amazing conversations, challenges, learning curves, and yes, even a few tears.

Through it all, your support, kind words, encouragement, gifts, and cards for our birthday have meant more than you’ll ever know.

A special thank you to those around us who constantly cheer us on (you know who you are ❤️), especially on days when the batteries are running a little low!

Running a small business is much more than what happens when the doors are open. There are early mornings, late nights, and countless hours behind the scenes to make everything happen. We never take for granted the support that allows us to keep doing what we love.

We’d also like to extend a heartfelt thank you to our landlords who believed in us from the very beginning and have supported us throughout this journey.

One unexpected phone call, one leap of faith, and one year later… here we are 🙏

Year One has been unforgettable, but we’re even more excited about what’s ahead. We have some exciting plans for Year Two, and we can’t wait to share them with you.

Laurin has consistently gone above and beyond for the Cornerstone team. Her dedication was never unnoticed—whether stepping into the kitchen when needed or showing up even on days when she wasn’t feeling her best 🤧.

We are deeply grateful for everything Laurin has contributed and for being such an integral part of our journey so far.
