Because we're far from home (and any excuse is good) we thought we definitely needed a comfort food to treat ourselves: a typical rice tartlet from Tuscany made from the great combination of a pie crust with spelt, rice, vanilla, rum and citrus peel.

With some homemade candied orange added it's just delicious!
