Working on the 'Christmas Burger' tonight and perfecting the crispy pancetta topping.

Really pleased with the flavours, just enough sage to give that 'stuffing' taste to the patty.

Accompanied by a cranberry and orange relish, bread sauce and a carrot, red cabbage and sprout slaw and served in a brioche bun.

A side of the duck fat roasted chips and a pot of turkey gravy for dipping.......mmm.....bells definitely jingled!
