New special from today. Chef Reece Copley - or was it chef andrushchenko 🇺🇦 👀- to thank for this one. It’s a carbonara on a pizza sans spaghetti. No cream/bechamel because we’re not wrong ‘uns either.

Caseificio Fratelli Amodio®️ mozz, rendered gunaciale with some lovely fat on there for extra yums, pecorino, black pepper, egg yolk and finished with even more pecorino.

On until it’s not
