Aperol Spritz
Aperol is a vibrant, orange-hued Italian bittersweet apéritif with an 11% ABV. Created in 1919 in Padua, its secret recipe blends sweet and bitter oranges, rhubarb, gentian, and cinchona. It is best known as the star ingredient in the iconic Aperol Spritz.
Prosecco is a crisp, light, and fruity Italian sparkling wine. Primarily produced in the Veneto and Friuli Venezia Giulia regions using Glera grapes, it is fermented in large stainless-steel tanks (the Charmat method). This preserves fresh aromas of apple, pear, and citrus, making it highly approachable.
