Hello, I’m Big Dick, aka Big Richard! 

Just your not so average guy with an unhealthy love for chicken wings and hot sauce.

Back in 2016, I wasn’t setting out to build a brand… I was just a bloke in Kent cooking up mountains of buffalo wings for friends and family. Every BBQ, every Friday night, every “just because” gathering was an excuse to fire up the grill and experiment with new sauces for whatever I could chuck on the coals. I went through plenty of trial and errors, tweaking recipes until one day I landed on a sauce that hit the perfect balance of heat, flavour, and that “one more bite” magic.

That sauce became The OG, the very first Big Dick’s creation, and before I knew it, word started spreading. Bottles were being passed around, friends were telling friends, and Big Dick’s Hot Sauce began its spicy march across the country, and before long, around the world! I didn’t plan it, but I couldn’t stop it.

Today, Big Dick’s is still 100% small batch. It’s just me (with help from my extremely supportive wife), no big factory lines, no faceless production team. Every bottle is made, filled, and labelled by hand with the same care and consistency as day one. It’s hard work, sure, but when you love what you do (and get to eat wings as “research”), it doesn’t feel like work.

And while it all started with chicken wings, we found Big Dick’s isn’t just for wings. It’s even better and downright glorious on pizza, perfect on pork tacos, and yes… even legendary on a Big Mac (I know right, but trust me, give it a whirl!)

I’m a self‑proclaimed BBQ grill master, chicken wing connoisseur, and a firm believer that hot sauce should do more than just add heat, it should make people smile, bring them together, and turn any meal into something worth remembering.

That’s why Big Dick’s isn’t just about spice, it’s about Flavour, Fire, and Fun. A cheeky nod to living life boldly, doing what you want, and doing it all with passion.
