WOW, what a night! ✨🥂

The most GORGEOUS hen party for a beautiful bride-to-be and the loveliest group of ladies, hosted in the incredible Walton Castle 🏰🤍

One of those evenings where we honestly wished we could have stayed and joined in all the fun!

And of course, no celebration is complete without some seriously delicious food… and what a feast we created! 🍽️

On the menu…

✨ Fillet of beef with salsa verde & sides of salmon
✨ Whipped burrata, radicchio, figs & hazelnuts
✨ Wild garlic pesto
✨ Roasted peaches with lemon & lavender mascarpone
✨ Fennel meatballs with orzo
✨ Fresh panzanella & roasted baby potato salad
✨ Roasted courgette salad with ricotta & verbena-stuffed courgette flowers, finished with a verbena emulsion
✨ And to finish… our gorgeous pavlova!

A pavlova this spectacular deserves a moment of its own… 😍🍓

A 3 METRE pavlova — and she really was a SHOWSTOPPER. 😍

Layers of crisp, fluffy pavlova, piled high with cream and fresh fruit, creating the ultimate centrepiece for a celebration. And these gorgeous professional shots captured her perfectly. 🤍
