Morning everyone!
I work alongside Rhys, Tony & Linda, supporting them behind the scenes!
Planning all of the events & private functions.
Keeping great connections with some pubs, clubs & retail stores, I am usually the one who answers your calls, emails and keeps our social media going!
Today is my last day here at Musket Brewery & so I just wanted to do one last post!
I will always be grateful to Rhys, Tony & Linda for welcoming me into their family unit. Giving me flexible working employment enabled me to support my family. I have enjoyed growing within my role and building lasting friendships. Seeing all of the messages of support for what we have all worked so hard to achieve is wonderful, and I am so proud to be a part of that. It is an incredibly emotional time, but as one door closes, another will open! It has been an absolute pleasure & I look forward to seeing/hearing about Rhys's next venture! Thank you to the Williams family, thank you to our trade friends and thank you to the local community, our social/online community & beyond!

So this is it, the last day of Musket Brewery's award winning Family Bar and Beer Garden, The Armoury. Only two years ago we were thrilled to be Maidstone and Mid-Kent CAMRA Pub of the Year - an acknowledgement of Musket Brewery beers by those who know what they are talking about. Thank you MMK CAMRA for your unwavering support. The photo shows Tony with two of our wonderful young Bar staff, Lily and Scarlet - they won't have a job from 6.00pm today. They are great youngsters and would be a real asset to any local employers. So please, if you are looking for honest, reliable, friendly and personable staff, pop an email over to [email protected] and we will forward it onto them.

Spin passed a Cash Machine if you plan to come to the final day at Musket Brewery's The Armoury Bar tomorrow, as we will be serving some FLASH for CASH!! We have a very limited supply of VINTAGE Flash in the Pan, Green Hop Beer, which we can serve from mini kegs - while stocks last for just £5 a pint, CASH ONLY.

Musket Brewery's award winning Family Bar and Beer Garden - The Armoury - is open for the last time tomorrow, closing at 6.00pm. Maidstone and Mid-Kent CAMRA branch "Pub of the Year 2023", The Armoury fast became the local Community Hub, where lasting friendships were made. It's not our choice to close - circumstances conspired against us. For Tony, age and health dictates that he must retire, but even at this late stage, Rhys is still exploring every avenue to continue ..............

Thank you to everyone for all of the supportive messages, it was a very emotional read with so many comments and well wishes. We will forever be grateful to you all! Many have been asking if the brewery will remain, and to answer that question…The brewery is unfortunately in the process of winding down. There is no security of a new location unfortunately. Please come along and see us tonight! We will be open by 4pm and tomorrow we will be joined by Wanderlust Street Food from 6pm for the last time. Come and enjoy some of our award winning beers alongside some fantastic food! Hope to see you later &/or tomorrow. From all of us here at Musket Brewery 🍻

IMPORTANT NOTICE!!!
It is with great sadness we have to announce the CLOSURE of Musket Brewery’s award-winning Family Bar and Beer Garden, The Armoury.
Our last day will be THIS SUNDAY 26th October, due to circumstances beyond our control.

Since we opened seven years ago, we have used our very limited resources to build what has become a genuine Community Hub for the local area. Having employed local young people, helping them to gain the life skills, confidence and work experience, which has been invaluable to them. We have hosted many events, birthdays (including a 100th birthday celebration!), wedding receptions, prize-givings, dinner parties and funded FREE Live Music evenings for our valued customers, but the short lease for the building has expired.

The Armoury WILL be open this week AS USUAL, with curry on Wednesday and Tex/Mex on Friday!!

Tony, Linda and Rhys, wish to thank those valued loyal customers and staff for their firm support, and wish you health and happiness.

It's another mouth watering Wednesday as Chef Yusuf cooks up some great Kashmir Kitchen delights at Musket Brewery 😊 A lovely range of curries with great real ales, wines and soft drinks await you and your friends in the bar at your local Community Hub 😋 See you there eh?

Chef Matt of Brooklyn Deli is back at Musket Brewery this evening, his range of mouth watering burgers is amazing. If you haven't tried a Brooklyn Deli "Elvis Burger", then give your taste buds a huge treat!! 😋 Don't leave it until late to arrive, as stocks can run out fast!!
