⚠️ PUBLIC NOTICE – IMPORTANT FOR COXHEATH CUSTOMERS

We are posting this to protect our customers and clarify ongoing confusion affecting our business.

Coxheath Pizza & Chicken, located at 116 Heath Road, ME17 4PN, has proudly served the Coxheath community since May 2025 and is the only dedicated chicken shop physically based in Coxheath.

We are currently NOT on the Just Eat platform. We only accept orders directly through our website and phone number.
Another business has been trading on Just Eat under the name “Coxheath Fried Chicken and Burgers,” which has caused significant confusion among customers who believed they were ordering from us. Given that we are not on Just Eat, this situation has allowed a similarly named business to benefit from that confusion.

This business was previously linked to Coxheath Spice (7 Elmfield Court). Although that location has now closed, orders under the Coxheath name are currently being prepared from Fantastic Chicken, 35 Sandling Road, Maidstone... approximately 5 miles away from Coxheath despite being advertised under a Coxheath-based identity.

We have personally verified this through:
• Collection orders being cancelled to avoid customers attending the listed address
• Printed receipts showing orders under the Coxheath name being produced elsewhere
• Video evidence and police attendance

To be absolutely clear:
👉 We are NOT associated with Coxheath Fried Chicken and Burgers, Coxheath Spice, or Fantastic Chicken.

👉 All Coxheath Pizza & Chicken orders are prepared ONLY at our Coxheath premises.

👉 Orders with us can ONLY be placed via our website or phone.

This matter has now been formally escalated to Just Eat Compliance, Trading Standards, Environmental Health, and relevant authorities.

Customers deserve transparency about where their food is coming from.
