AUGUST SPECIAL: MARTIN 🍕🔥

Named after my dad, simple, bold, and full of flavour (just like him).

Sweet, smoky charred corn meets the richness of Cobble Lane Cured N1 soppressata, finished with a fresh, zesty lime crema to bring it all together. It’s that perfect balance of heat, sweetness & tang.

This one’s proper summer on a pizza ☀️

JULY’S MONTHLY SPECIAL…

This one’s been a long time coming…

Meet: Maria, yeah realleh! 🍍🔥

Named after an old colleague who never stopped asking for a ham & pineapple pizza on the menu…so here it is, my way.

We’ve swapped the usual for something a bit special:
Cobble Lane Cured guanciale bringing that rich, salty depth, paired with a pineapple & habanero hot sauce from Sauce Shop® | Hot sauce, BBQ sauce & more for the perfect sweet heat kick.

It’s smoky, spicy, sweet and seriously addictive.
If you think you don’t like ham & pineapple… this might change your mind.

JUNE DATES ARE OPEN 🍕

You know the drill… once they go, they go. We still@have a couple of Sundays free!

A few of our weekends are already booked (honestly, thank you 🫶), so if you’ve got something coming up, a party, a wedding, or just an excuse to eat good pizza with good people, now’s the time to get in.

We keep things small so we can do it properly, which means availability is very limited.

It’s Meet The Menu time again!

Each one is inspired by a person or a memory, so we thought it’s only right we introduce them properly.

Meet: ✨ Ted ✨ May’s monthly special

A fresh, seasonal special that still brings all the flavour.

Named after Fay’s family dog, this one’s all about simple, seasonal ingredients done properly, the kind of pizza that feels like a moment.

Built on a San Marzano base with pecorino, fior di latte, then topped with asparagus, fennel sausage meat and red onion and finished with EVOO.

MAY = MORE PIZZA 🍕

We’re starting our month long residency at where we’ll be serving you the perfect pizzas to go along side your pints!

We’re also going to be at the wonderful on the 9th for their Open Day and the 30th for their Cellar Door Saturday!

Of course a new month means a new monthly special and this month we’re showcasing ASPARAGUS! But more on that later!

You may have noticed our pizzas all have names… and yes, we mean literally.

Each one is inspired by a person or a memory, so we thought it’s only right we introduce them properly.

Meet: ✨ Patricia ✨

A lighter, more delicate option, but still full of flavour.

Named after Fay’s late Grandma, Patricia aka Grandma Pat. It’s a small way of keeping her name alive. Hearing it called out in orders always brings a smile to Fay’s face.

Built on a white base with pecorino, fior di latte and a drizzle of EVOO, then topped with roasted rosemary and garlic mushrooms. Finished with whipped lemon ricotta for that perfect fresh, creamy balance.
