We had the pleasure of catering this gorgeous summer wedding at Russell & Anita’s home. They set the scene beautifully in their garden for their party after their wedding at the local church.
A musical procession followed back to their home. 🥰
We served a simple buffet, which included
Chilli, lemon, garlic & thyme chicken with crispy chicken skin (gf)
Baked cheese & herb cake with nutty oat base, topped with marinated
olives, tomatoes, artichoke & basil (gf)
Green bean, grilled courgette, pea & mint salad with baked feta (gf)
New potato, sweet corn & rocket with smoked garlic dressing (gf)
Tomato, lentil & cucumber salad with pistachio salsa verde (gf)
A selection of freshly baked breads & butter.

I’m helping my lovely friends Nicola and Iain with their first NGS open garden this Sunday! (31st May)
There stunning garden will be open from 11am until 4pm. Come and have a mooch around Nicola’s beautifully curated planting and landscaping, enjoy a lovely selection of drinks and homemade cakes (that’s where I come in 😊) amidst the foliage!
