Lots of people probably don’t see the whole day running a food trailer, starting at 6am to pack up/set off, arriving to set up, service (the part we all enjoy!), the clean down, the pack down then bringing the trailer back.

It can be long days but it’s all worth it, thanks to all the lovely words over this weekend at Barwoods, and at The Beccles Quay.

Thanks so much to Greg & Jess at for linking us up, hopefully back with them at the end of September.

This week we’re at on Wednesday and back at Barwoods on Friday!
