Wow we hit 22k Followers on FBook and 100k Likes on TikTok. Instagram has always been my favourite but followers have always been slow growing. Social Media can be a strange place sometimes but I love to support other fellow bakers, small businesses and all of you guys and building positive relationships 🥰
It’s now just over a year since I stepped away from being a Nurse and baking full time I am so proud of what Iv built, wholesale, return customers, new customers, markets and corporate events over the last 5 years. Iv learnt so much and I’m truly grateful for every referral, customer, like, share and follow 🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰

Cupcake Decorating is a lovely baking skill to master. Here are my tips:
1) Make sure your cupcakes have flat tops I use a ice cream scoop to fill my cupcake cases and bake low and slow
2) Use good quality piping bags so they don’t burst
3) Loosen your buttercream with warm milk so it’s nice and smooth
4)Don’t over fill your piping bag and practice before you directly pipe into the cupcake if you need too.
5) Take your time pipe anticlockwise for a lovely swirl
