We are incredibly proud of how far we come in just 2 years. Working full time and doing the beekeeping on the side it really is hard work, but with determination we are getting better and better.

Our markets stall is looking better compared to last year but there is still improvement to do.

Finishing off extracting last few supers of borage honey. That's it, the bees arw winding down for winter and so are we. Its now time to prepare for markets and enjoy the results of another year of hard work.

Trying to describe honey and genuinely couldn’t find the words 😂

The sunflower honey tasted surprisingly fruity, which completely threw us 🍊🌻

And that’s the thing with real honey - different flowers and seasons can produce completely different flavours.

You just don’t get this level of variety from mass-produced supermarket honey, which is another reason to support small, local producers ☺️
