The Scotchee was born in lockdown, when pubs could only serve alcohol with a "substantial meal." Rhian discovered her local had no plant-based options.
So she created one.
A plant-based Scotch egg with the same look, texture and taste as the original, just made entirely from plants. They're still a favourite for regulars at her local pub 🌱🥚
