*POSITION NOW FILLED, THANK YOU FOR APPLICATIONS*

We are looking for a additional member to join our team for this harvest. Job role to include but not limited to;

We are a family arable farming business farming throughout Worcestershire, Gloucestershire and Herefordshire. Cropping rotation consisting of wheat, barley OSR, maize for forage + grain and sugar beet.

Chosen individual must have previous experience with machinery operations, a high attention to detail, effective communication capabilities and understanding of seasonal workload pressures. Experience with GPS is an advantage but not a necessity, training can be provided. A full UK driving licence and Rough Terrain tellehandler licence is essential. We run a modern fleet of Case IH tractors and JCB loaders.

Start date provisionally is the last week in July, through to end of September. The opportunity to stay on and help with maize harvest is also a possibility. Slight flexibility with start date shouldn’t be a problem within reason. Accommodation on farm can be provided also.

Blink and you’ll miss it, harvest concluded 11/8.. not our earliest finish, 2018 still holds that crown - 10/8. Not a tonne through the dryer and a good team is a great bonus. Thank all that helped - Lulham Court Farms - Agricultural Contracting Charlie Gilder Agriculture and Dan. On to setting up for hopefully a more exciting harvest in 2026. Spare capacity for whole farm ventures is on side, if anyone considering a change in policy we would be delighted to talk.

Another happy customer!😎
This time we specified wide VF BKT tyres on heavy duty black BWT rims for his Case Optum, doing a superb job pulling a 4m topdown incorporating grain maize residue!
