Happy Birthday to me.. HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO ME...!

On the 22nd october i turned 30 and I celebrated with my family, peacefully and contentedly. This is the cake that i created for myself as i simply refused to turn big 30 without making myself a cake 😂❤️

Chocolate sponge, vanilla sponge, chocolate buttercream, vanilla buttercream and strawberry buttercream inside! 😅

Pretty two layer cake…I don’t get asked to make them often, most people like the height. But I enjoy making them it’s a nice change 😊

6” vanilla & strawberry jam

This was an interesting cake to make, customer originally wanted an IKEA themed cake but we changed the style slightly in the last hour!

For this cake I made meringue which is surprisingly much tastier than the store bought meringue which I have never enjoyed.
