I’m very excited to be bringing my favourite restaurant in Copenhagen to Manchester next month.

is famous for its dedication to classical French cooking and its focus on meat and fish.

Mathias and I both spent time working at Relæ and Manfreds, the latter where his restaurant is now situated.

Known for his bold flavours and dedication to Provençal cuisine, this lunch is going to be a banger!

An optional wine pairing will be available on the day and please inform us of any allergies.
