Forged in the fiery kitchens of Mordor, this honey buffalo hot sauce is rich as hell, thick, creamy, with the perfect balance of sweet, tangy, and just a dash of molten wrath from Mount Doom itself

Perfect for wings, burgers, crust dipping, or second breakfast - it’s the precious you didn’t know you needed.

Ironically it's pretty mild as to appeal to all pallates, but for sake of the caption let's pretend it's dead hot eh?

MATCHDAY MUNCHIES: MAN CITY VS COVENTRY

I was rushing to make kick off so didn't give it the love it deserved at the time but still stands up as the best Mexican. I got the lamb burrito bowl with all the extras... Incredible authentic flavours and a great portion size.

I predicted a 3-1 win whilst my weird mate predicted a much more unrealistic 5/6 nil... We were both very wrong and had to settle with a 1-0 victory. Always happy with a win but it was far from a decent game... Need to do better than that lads.

After a couple pintages there was no way I was cooking, and the overwhelming scent of vinegar I sniffed up en route home ensured I had to get my first chippy tea in what feels like a lifetime.

I stopped off at a wee gaff called Oriental Express and bank transfered them £10.50 for a very large cod and chips with a huge pot of curry sauce. The chips were okay, and the fish started off great, nice and crispy and pretty massive... But the second half was kinda soggy with grease. I was also full after a few bites from being a fat lad and snoffeling down that Pancho's already, so maybe that knocked a point off, but for the price, in this day and age, it was decent, particularly compared to the other sorry excuses for chippies in my area.

Our Tikka Taka sauce improved both meals 👍

Made with 100% pure, raw honey, blended with our house fermented red jalapeños, and organic apple cider vinegar. 

It may be a crumb more expensive than your supermarket HHs, but I use high quality bee j**z only, with no added syrups,  fillers, and defo no bulking out with owt to save some bunce... just pure, unfiltered goodness, and that don't come cheap. 

I could skimp out and make it cheaper. But then it wouldn't be this innit. Take your pick sunshine 🐝

I recently spent a long weekend with a bunch of Scottish maniacs and they must have rubbed off on me (oi oi) as I've done nowt but crave grease ever since.

This is a banger breakfast bagel with bacon, sausage patty, drippy egg, cheddar, mozzarella, and a healthy slug of Bossman sauce, cus it's the greatest sauce in the world and obviously slaps on a brekky scran

My new griddle has a pizza function, which I was a lil sceptical about so thought I'd give it a whirl.

Lou's Used:

Bossman in the tomato sauce base - So simple but works wonders - seriously, give it a go. 

Hot Honey - obviously bangs on pizza

LOTW honey butter buffalo - the ultimate crust dipper 

The result: Despite dropping the za before slapping it on the hot plate, it actually turned out really decent. I slapped a pan of water under the hood as I had a sneaky suspicion the system would dry the dough out without it, and it seemed to have worked wonders. Great charred bottom, crispy outside, nice chew ont inside, and everything the toppings cooked well. 

Obviously a dedicated pizza over will be miles better but for an all in oner this did the jobby pretty great 👌
