BOSSMAN IS BACK AND BETTER THAN EVER

The same sauce you love with a few extra secret erbz, spices, and slightly more pourable so you can slather or over everything with ease

Our take on a classic kebab shop chilli sauce but made extra premium. Hot, rich, tangy, super versatile. Obviously works a dream with kebabs but works perfect as a ketchup alternative (despite not being very sweet), and makes a cracking dip too.

Packed full of tomato, garlic, onion, charred peppers, and secret 'erbs & spices.

STOP BURNING YOUR SAUCE

You can use loads of our sauces as a marinade, but BE WARNED: the higher the sugar content, the quicker it'll char.

For slighty sweeter sauces your best bet is to cook indirect (not over direct flame) at a lower temperature first, then give it a blast of fire at the end to get it nice and caramelised.

For the super sweet stuff - BBQ sauces and glazes - LEAVE IT OFF AT THE START and baste towards the end of the cook. It's called a glaze for a reason innit.

P.S. Start with a thin layer of sauce and build it up throughout the cook rather than slapping on a thick coat right away.

We've teamed up to bring you PUPIL SPICER, the most weird and wonderful sauce on the market. It's piña colada flavour and does what it says on the tin. Creamy, fruity, with a building burn from fermented yellow scotch bonnets, balanced out with a load of coconut and pineapple. Weird, wonderful, and all over everything I've eaten since its birth 🔥
