🤎 এক টুকরো মাওয়া তৈরি করতে কতটা সময় আর ধৈর্য লাগে, জানেন? 🥛

এই মাওয়াটা কিন্তু শুধু দুধ জ্বাল দিলেই তৈরি হয়ে যায় না! 😊

প্রথমে দুধকে ধীরে ধীরে জ্বাল দিতে হয়। সময়ের সঙ্গে সঙ্গে দুধের পানি শুকিয়ে যেতে থাকে আর দুধের ঘনত্ব বাড়তে থাকে। 🥛🔥

এই পুরো সময়টায় বারবার নেড়ে দিতে হয় এবং হাঁড়ির তলা ও পাশ থেকে লেগে থাকা দুধও ভালোভাবে ঘষে মিশিয়ে নিতে হয়। বিশেষ করে শেষের দিকে একটুও অসাবধান হলে মাওয়া তলায় লেগে যেতে পারে। 👀

ধীরে ধীরে অনেকটা দুধ কমে গিয়ে যখন ঘন, মোলায়েম এবং সুন্দর দানাদার একটা টেক্সচার আসে—তখনই তৈরি হয় এই মাওয়া। 🤎✨

দুধ থেকে মাওয়া—এই ছোট্ট পরিবর্তনের পেছনে থাকে অনেকটা সময়, ধৈর্য আর ভালোবাসা। ❤️

আর এই মাওয়াই পরে ব্যবহার হয় আমাদের অনেক প্রিয় বাঙালি মিষ্টিতে। 🇧🇩✨
