🌶️Gluten Free Salt & Pepper Chicken Fakeaway 🌶️

Tonight’s dinner was a total success — gluten free salt & pepper chicken with egg fried rice, salt & pepper chips, and gluten free katsu curry sauce. It tasted just like a Chinese takeaway, but made at home for a fraction of the cost. You’d never guess it’s gluten free — even my partner, who isn’t GF, loved it! 🙌

I picked up the .uk salt and pepper meal kit so quick easy and tasty

How to make it:
1️⃣ Cook your chips at 200°C (180°C fan).
2️⃣ Mix gluten free flour with a little water to make a batter. Coat diced chicken, then dip into breadcrumbs mixed with salt & pepper seasoning.
3️⃣ Fry for 1 minute per side until golden, then bake for 10 minutes.
4️⃣ Stir-fry onion and peppers with the rest of the seasoning, add the cooked chips, and toss to coat.
5️⃣ Heat your katsu curry sauce and serve everything together.

Shopping List:
Chicken breast • Peppers • Onion • Thick-cut chips • GF flour • GF breadcrumbs • Oil • Salt & pepper seasoning • GF katsu curry sauce

🍳 GLUTEN FREE CRUSTLESS QUICHE ❤️‍🔥
This high-protein, flavour packed beauty is perfect for meal prep, brunch, or a comforting dinner! No crust = fewer carbs, and you won’t even miss it also 65g worth of protein❤️‍🔥

✨ Here’s what I used:
• 7 eggs
• Fat-free cottage cheese
• Sweet peppers
• Red onion
• Smoked bacon (fat removed)
• Ham
• Red Leicester cheese
• Salt, pepper, paprika
• Mixed herbs
• Garlic & onion powder
• Sliced tomato + extra cheese on top 👌

🧑‍🍳 Mix it all together, pour into a dish, top with tomatoes + cheese and bake until golden and set. SO easy, SO delicious.

🍟 Served mine with:
Air-fried chips (parboiled first, then air fried 25 mins with Fry Light) + a side of beans = ultimate comfort meal 🙌
