A little reminder when ordering from a small business 🤍

Yesterday I had an order cancelled last minute, after the box had already been made, all of the ingredients had been purchased and I was on my way to deliver.

Unfortunately, when this happens, it doesn’t just mean losing the sale. It means the cost of the ingredients, packaging and the time spent preparing the order can all be lost too and with fresh food, it’s not always possible to simply sell it to someone else.

We completely understand that things can happen and plans can change, but please remember that behind every small business is a real person investing their own money, time and effort into every order.

With that being said, I will now be taking a £10 deposit upon booking to secure your order. We completely understand that things can come up, and we will always try our best to accommodate changes or cancellations where we are given more than 24 hours’ notice. If something does come up, please communicate with us as soon as possible rather than leaving us without a response.🤍
