After the success of last year, Phoenix Glow is returning to the Boilerhouse range. 🔥🤍

At 4.7% ABV, this White Chocolate stout pours like velvet white chocolate melting into your pint, with soft vanilla, cocoa butter and roasted malt beneath. Smooth, indulgent, and a little bit different - this isn't your usual stout.

Lighter and more approachable than a traditional stout, brewed for those easy evenings sat in your local. The kind where one pint turns into two.
Back by popular demand, and just as good as you remember. 🍺

Today is the Feast of the Assumption. But today we’re talking about a different kind of assumption.

The ones we make about people based on what’s in their glass. Over the years, beer has picked up its fair share of stereotypes. From the pub your pint comes from to the glass it’s served in, what’s in your hand has somehow become part of what people assume about you.

There’s no right pint, no wrong pint and definitely no rulebook, but what do you think your usual pint says about your? 👀 (no judgment🍻💕 )

Introducing Sup North. Brewed in collaboration with our friends at , this West Coast IPA is a meeting of Northern brewing heritage - Manchester's oldest brewery joining forces with a brewery built a stone's throw from where Cistercian monks first brewed centuries ago. 🍺⛰️

At 5.8% ABV, this one's got real backbone. Waves of grapefruit and orange zest hit first, layered over a bold, resinous finish that lingers long after the last sup. Bright, bitter, and unapologetically West Coast in style, but proudly brewed up north.
Two Northern breweries, cut from the same cloth: good people, good beer, no shortcuts.

Available on cask and keg for Supping now.

It's International Beer Day. Time for a word about proper beer.

Cask ale goes into the barrel still fermenting, alive with brewer's yeast, and finishes conditioning in the pub cellar. No added CO₂. No shortcuts. Just time, temperature, and a cellarman keeping an eye on it.

That secondary fermentation is what gives cask its natural condition and softer carbonation. It's also why it has to be looked after properly: served at cellar temperature, through a handpump, and within days of being tapped.

We've been cask-conditioning our beer since 1828, refining the process across seven generations of the same family. The result is a beer that changes subtly from cask to cask and pub to pub, shaped by the cellar it's kept in and the hands that look after it.

This Friday, mark International Beer Day by enjoying a proper pint at one of our pubs.

A lager made for summer days and long afternoons spent in the beer garden ☀️🍑

This light, easy-drinking lager is full of fresh peach and stone fruit flavour - juicy, fragrant and full of that warm, peachy feeling that only comes with an afternoon in the beer garden.

You know the one. Sun on your face, first pint down, plans for "just the one" quickly forgotten. The conversation gets easier, the laughs get louder and before you know it, that golden afternoon light has softened into evening and somehow, you're still there.

That's the mood this beer was made for. Sweet, refreshing and dangerously drinkable, it's the taste of a session that starts at 2pm and ends whenever it ends - no plans, no rush, just good beer and better company.
Brewed at The Boilerhouse, Feeling Peachy is built for the long ones. 🍑🍺
